Attend the Spiritual Retreat Meeting on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the each month, giving a report at each meeting

Take an active part in the direction of the Committee, working closely with the Chairperson, assisting with the organizational duties at the Retreat Committee.

In the absence of the Chairperson, conduct the Committee meetings and see that all committee responsibilities and projects progress with continuity.

In the absence of Sub-Committee Chairperson(s), assist those Sub-committees in the completing of their tasks.

Attend as many Sub-Committee meetings as possible.

In the Chairperson's absence attend monthly NEFA meetings and submit written reports of all projects and activities of the Committee including financial information.

In the event that the Chairperson is unable to complete their term, the Vice-Chairperson will receive an automatic nomination from the Committee for the Chairperson position.
